To find your draw length, divide by 5 and adjust from there if you need to. As the band matures, stretch ratio will become slightly less, and power will also increase even further!

Testing speeds of the new 1mm have been done inside away from direct heat (which will increase speed)
25/20 – 11mm steel 252fps / 11mm lead 227fps
25/17 – 11mm steel 252fps / 11mm lead 217fps

Really pleased to be releasing another band to the market, which has been exclusively customised from premium quality latex, for us here at Catty Shack; this isn’t a generic band. I personally think it isn’t going to take long for this to make a name for itself as a top ranked hunting band.

I was using and testing the 0.85, 25/20 taper, for 3 weeks prior to it’s release, and I’m very very impressed. The band life is the best I have seen, it has a comfortable progressive draw weight, coupled with solid speeds of 240fps + with 11mm steel (not maxed out) A good place to start for an active length, is your draw length, divided by 4.75, then adjust from there should you need to.

Stock sizes are 0.8 / 0.85 and 1.0mm. Other sizes are available in limited quantities due to batch production over-runs. Slightly smaller and slightly larger sizes are produced at the beginning and end of the main production runs of our stock sizes.

0.75 – 8mm lead / 9.5mm steel
0.8 – 9.5mm steel – 11mm steel / 10mm lead
0.85 – 11mm steel – 12mm steel / 11mm lead
0.9 – 11mm steel – 14mm steel / 12mm lead at closer ranges.
0.95 – 11mm steel – 14mm steel / 12mm lead
1.0 – 11mm steel – 14mm steel / 12mm lead
1.1 – 12mm steel – 16mm steel / 14mm lead at closer range
