Covid-19 Shipping Update:

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our shipping times are likely to be affected. We are following government ruling but we are still shipping every day except Wednesday and Sunday using the click & drop system. There are unfortunately known delays throughout the UK with Royal Mail. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your delivery – not including weekends or bank holidays. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.


All orders placed before 5pm will be shipped next day via Royal Mail to your specified shipping address on your order.


In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you expected, you must return them to us in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your refund request.


Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done. Please help us to deal with your return quickly by providing us with the requested information. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods. It is your responsibility to return the original item to us (as we do not offer free returns) and any item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves.
