The MOOCH skinning knife has a razor sharp, fixed, full tang blade, designed for skinning and jointing small game, although would easily handle larger game if need be. The serrated edge on the backbone of the blade, gives a great secure location for your thumb or finger, to apply pressure to the knife whilst in use in certain situations.
Comes in a kydex case, with belt attachment.
The blade is a very popular 14C28N steel (sandvik), which has good edge retention, rust resistance, and is more easily sharpened than the tougher D2 steel.
